Refund Policy
Our guidelines regarding project cancellations, advance payment eligibility, and refund procedures.
1. Advance Payments
All standard and custom web projects require a 30% advance payment to book a development slot, initiate resource allocation, and commence wireframing. This advance payment is 100% refundable if a cancellation request is submitted in writing before any design or development work begins.
2. Work in Progress
Once wireframing, designing, or coding begins, the initial 30% advance payment becomes completely non-refundable, as it covers the costs of design drafts, architectural planning, and custom configurations already completed by our team.
3. Milestone Payments
Payments made for subsequently completed milestones (e.g. initial beta delivery, final staging review) are non-refundable once the client has reviewed and approved the specific milestone work.
4. Post-Launch & Hand-off
Upon final delivery, hand-off of all source files, or migration of the website to the client's live production server, no refunds of any prior payments can be issued. We provide a 30-day bug-fixing warranty post-launch to address any potential technical issues that may arise.
5. Cancellation Process
To request a project cancellation or review refund eligibility, please submit a formal request via the support ticketing system in the Help Center or email our accounts department directly with your project details.
